しかし、単なる財政上の問題に留まらないのではないか、年寄りが会社に居座って、その割を喰うのは若年層の雇用ではないか、年寄りだって年金貰うまでの場繋ぎみたいな立場で本当に良いのか、日本の雇用制度に関わる問題だと思うのです。
再雇用義務付けだなんて、いかにも既得権益の上に胡坐をかく労組をバックとした政権が考えそうなことですが、これが国家の活力となるのか甚だ疑問ですね。
